Refund policy

At Root & Roam, we take great pride in growing and shipping happy, healthy plants. Each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.

Because every plant is unique and perishable, we’re only able to offer refunds or replacements in cases where the plant arrives damaged or unhealthy due to our handling or shipping process.

If your plant arrives in poor condition:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Plants@rootandroamplants.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging.

  3. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement.

We can’t accept returns or refunds for plants damaged after arrival due to environmental factors (light, temperature, watering, etc.), but we’re always happy to help troubleshoot care issues to get your plant thriving again.
